TOMS RIVER – When municipality military were called to examine a probable hatred crime during a Jewish men’s hockey game, they found instead a hockey fan mad about a blank jersey, military orator Ralph Stocco pronounced in a news release.
The occurrence began before 10:30 p.m. Saturday, when a white male with a shaved conduct and mixed tattoos entered a Winding River Ice Rink, took off his shirt and displayed tattoos to a Jewish men’s hockey group while yelling, military said. The male left in a white pickup lorry before military arrived, Stocco said. At a rink, officers were told a male might have displayed a swastika tattoo when he took off his shirt, he said.
