Ex-NBA luminary Steve Francis called military “groupie motherf**kers” during his DWI detain behind in Nov … and DARED cops to close him adult after they confiscated his bullion chain.
It’s all on a detain video performed by TMZ Sports … that starts when Francis is pulled over by Houston PD on Nov. 19 for speeding. Cops fast suspected he was drunk.
Officers searched a automobile and found a bottle of Crown Royal and a large bag of weed (almost 22 grams).
